Speakers / Trainers
Speakers and trainers get a certain number of nights in the hotel as part of their speaking contract. However, if two speakers agree to room share, then the producers will kindly allow the stay to be doubled (eg two speakers each entitled to 2 free nights, when sharing, get their shared room for 4 nights)

On most room tariffs, the Movenpick hotel charges the same for a room, whether 1 or 2 people are occupying it. Thus, a room share may well help save you money, if you can find someone wanting to stay the same number of nights, and you can agree between you about booking and paying for the room.
