This will add "X-Clamav-status: yes" to any message that's found to have a virus. Since "clamdscan" uses the daemon, you'll need to enable Scan{{`Mail, ScanArchive and StreamSaveTo`Disk}} ScanMail, ScanArchive and StreamSaveToDisk in clamav.conf
