Verified that this release introduces no new metadata inconsistencies as measured by UpgradeTrajectoryTest. Ran the full test against the following set of releases: 10.0.2.1, 10.1.3.1, 10.2.2.1, 10.3.3.0, 10.4.2.1, 10.5.2.0.
