Here's the sign-up sheet for changing the source file headers in Harmony.
Committers, please put your name against a line that you will fix. Not all directories will have source file that need fixing, but they should be checked and noted anyway.
Signing up for a directory implies you will do all files in '.' and all subdirectories below, unless someone else signs up for a subdirectory beneith you , or you flag it as available for others. Expand the directory listing as you need.
