4. Board Reports

Incubator PMC must report to the ASF Board of directors every month. The way this works is that Incubator projects compile their own report of project status, and send that report to the Incubator PMC for aggregation and feedback. Not all Incubator projects, however, are required to send their report to the Incubator PMC every month. The Reporting Schedule page lists which projects must report when.

Add new years and months here: actual reports to the Board go on the appropriate monthly page.

• 2008:

  • December2008 -- reports must be submitted to the Incubator PMC by 10 December 2008

  • November2008 -- reports must be submitted to the Incubator PMC by 12 November 2008

  • October2008 -- reports must be submitted to the Incubator PMC by 8 October 2008

  • September2008 -- reports must be submitted to the Incubator PMC by 10 September 2008

  • August2008 -- reports must be submitted to the Incubator PMC by 13 August 2008

  • July2008 -- reports must be submitted to the Incubator PMC by 9 July 2008

  • June2008 -- reports must be submitted to the Incubator PMC by 11 June 2008

  • May2008 -- reports must be submitted to the Incubator PMC by 14 May 2008
