We voted to move Jakarta Regexp to the Apache Attic. The Attic PMC has been informed and we are in the process of completing the move.

Generally active user list. Quite a few fixes and enhancements have been added to the code.
Regexp
Jakarta Regexp was voted to retire to the Apache Attic.
