Theoretically, the PMC chair and infrastructure members have access to change CVS Karma. In reality, we have many chairs of other projects in Jakarta and they can also change karma.
Karma for jakarta-site2 is available on request to any Jakarta committer, and jakarta-commons-sandbox karma is available on request to any Apache committer.
Karma for other sub-components is available on their request.
Requests for karma should be made to the sub-component in question, and if there is no activity, to general@jakarta.apache.org.
