This is the short explanation about who I am and what I do.
My interest in Jmeter comes (mainly) from the LDAP side. I work with Siemens as consultant and my job is to install and configure LDAP servers(directories) and MetaDirectories (which are synchronization engines to synchronize data between several directories and/or databases, operating systems, mail applications etc.)
To loadtest the installed configurations, I extended the ldap Sampler (and called it the extended ldap sampler) to make it highly configurable and keep it as close as possible to the defined LDAP operations. (which probably makes it sometimes less understandable to others why I made some changes, but then, you can always send me an email)
