About

Ode (Orchestration Director Engine) is an incubation project to develop an open-source, [WWW] Apache-licensed, implementation of the [WWW] WS-BPEL 1.1 and [WWW] WS-BPEL 2.0 (draft) specifications.

The orchestration engine will provide abstraction to standard externally defined interfaces/bindings. to enable integration into various service bus or component architectures (e.g. JBI, SCA, ...)

Status

Ode is an effort undergoing [WWW] incubation at the Apache Software Foundation ([WWW] ASF). Incubation is required of all newly accepted projects until a further review indicates that the infrastructure, communications, and decision making process have stabilized in a manner consistent with other successful ASF projects. While incubation status is not necessarily a reflection of the completeness or stability of the code, it does indicate that the project has yet to be fully endorsed by the ASF
