[Q: Did the person who added the "Topic notification" question mean to add HowDoISubscribeToTheMailingLists?]
[A: No, they want the wiki to mail them. They just don't happen to want to actually contribute to the effort. See WikiProjectPage.]
[Q: Why do these ('ApacheCommonsProjectPages', 'ApacheIncubatorProjectPages') have an Apache prefix??]
[A: AFAIK, there is a movement to create an ASF Commons and an XML Commons. You'll note that the name choosen does upset the order of the Jakarta projects list. I propose that that page be renamed "CommonsJakartaProjectPages".]
[Q: Is it legal to sell software built upon Apache software (such as Struts)?]
[A: As long as you comply with the license included with the Apache project that you download, you can do whatever you want with it, including selling derived software. Some discussion about this might happen in Licensing. Of course, if you're really concerned, then you should hire your own lawyer.]
[Q: Is there coordination between all apache projects?]
[A: Coordination between projects/subprojects is either a product of dedicated project committers who want to work with other projects and simply go do it, or is because the PMC for that project helps to organize work like this. When in doubt, you can always mail pmc@your-project.apache.org to see how they can help.]
