Q: What is <noWiki>HappyAxis</noWiki>?
A: <noWiki>HappyAxis</noWiki> is a Java Server Page (JSP) used to validate that all required components are available for successful execution of Axis. Please refer to the Axis Installation Guide for further details.
I kept getting the error { { { "could not find a dependency of class org.apache.axis.transport.http.AxisServlet from file axis.jar" } } }. Eventually, I solved it by editing /etc/default/tomcat4 (on a Debian/unstable system) and changing TOMCAT4_SECURITY to "no".
