I'm curious. I always viewed LazyConsensus to be why you don't have to vote on silly things like "gee I put this comment here" or "gee I committed this bug fix".. Someone can -1 it after the fact with good reason, but progress is default.
The author of the CommunityBasedDecisionMaking passage does not seem to include this case.
