- Currently a developer of the FOP project, attempting to specialize in layout management with a focus on the resolution of over-constrained FO documents. Recent contributions to FOP include a system for breaking from infinite loops as a result of overconstrained FO documents, incorporated in FOP 0.20.5.
- Lurker of the jBoss development group...working on a memory profiling agent for jBoss that has, for the most part, been a backburner project.
Industry partner for the Toyscouts (http://www.toyscouts.org), a student-run organization sposored by the Institute for Simulation and Training at the University of Central Florida.

Hobbies and Side Interests
- I'm a fairly avid musician and have recorded a few samples as part of my experimenting with home recording. I'll include links when I have them posted online.
- I'm quite passionate about chess and do my best to keep current on the latest matches.
- I'm closely following the development of the GNU/Hurd kernel and am studying operating systems theory in general.
- Currently, much of my free time is spent trying to apply to graduate school in the hopes I can get some postgraduate education in operating systems.
