SomeoneElse should fully document all of the software on Apache. SomeoneElse should submit a patch for that bug fix. I'd commit the bugs in the patch queue but SomeoneElse will do it. SomeoneElse has time to implement my BrilliantIdea for the Wiki or project site. I don't have time, but SomeoneElse does. Its okay... SomeoneElse will do it.
