[ASF should setup a site at http://www.cafepress.com]
[I'm terribly disappointed that both Jinxhackwear and Cafepress are ASP based, but that being said. I did notice that FreeBSD has a page on cafepress, and that there is a large number of available items at Cafepress. For example,, one can buy a FreeBSD beer stein, mouse pad, panties, baseball cap, mug, coaster, stickers, calendar, bib, etc.]
I'm am informed that Copyleft isn't responsive, and that ASF has a relationship with Jinx, I'm moving most of the discussion on ApacheMerchandise to this Talk page.
Copyleft had t-shirts available to buy which would give the ASF a donation each time one was sold: http://www.copyleft.net/item.phtml?&page=product_965_front.phtml . They are currently unavailable. Copyleft had problems that led to long lead times on deliveries, and many complaints - read the comments on that page.
Some of the issues involved in selling Apache merchandise were discussed in this thread: http://nagoya.apache.org/eyebrowse/ReadMsg?listId=5&msgNo=24240
If you want to get some apache-logo'd stuff, there are plenty of companies who'll do this from an image. Batik ( http://xml.apache.org/batik/ ) includes a nice scalable Apache feather logo in SVG - the Jakarta logo(s) on white and blue backgrounds (http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/jakarta-site2/docs/images/logos/) were created by editing copies of that file. Remember you can't use anything like this in any commercial way without the ASF's permission, and you should probably give a donation: http://www.apache.org/foundation/contributing.html
Jinx helped sponsor the ApacheCon so I'm cool with them. I wouldn't buy anything from companies who used Apache logos and didn't give anything back.
