Lets all try and calm down a bit and stop being QUITE so analytical. I was running windows 2k in Vegas and my laptop crashed like crazy. I think windows is very unstable and DONT recommend installing it or anything on it unless you absolutely must - AndrewCOliver the SuperVillan (watch the cartoon before you read too much into that)
