Introduction

Starting from series 1.2.x, Struts adopted the Tomcat style of release, and Shale has carried forward with those processes (FIXME - PMC to confirm this decision). The quality of each new version is decided by voting. If there are any issues then they are not fixed in that version, but instead a new version is created. See the release guidelines for more details.

The purpose of this page is to set up checklists for Shale releases. Add a new page for each release, based on the provided template, in the section below using the the version number for the release in the page name.
