Editor Home Pages

When making changes, it's a good idea to note who wrote them as a courtesy to other Wiki editors who may want to refactor or edit it later.

The HomePage mechanism is how this is done; for example, let's say you add some text like the second one below. Add a link to your name at the end of the added text:

  • With Sendmail, Spamassassin can be called for every user by editing /etc/procmailrc . More details at link.
  • An alternative is to use the smtp-vilter high-performance content filter using the sendmail milter API which has a backend for Spamassassins spamd. More details at otherlink. (YourName)

If you prefer not to place email addresses on your HomePage you can add a link to your website instead. Make it so it points to your contacts page and not to your website index. (CatalinIonescu)

Once you save the page, the YourName text will appear as a link, since it is formatted in mixed case (in other words, as a WikiName). Go to create that page, use the HomepageTemplate as a template, and fill in the details.

Thanks!
