Explanation
The domain of the envelope sender is listed in the DNSBL bogusmx.rfc-ignorant.org.
The criteria for listing is that the domain's MX records are not in compliance with current RFC guidelines. For example, an MX record must not point to an unroutable address such as those listed in RFC 5735
