The Bonded Sender Program (BSP) program was originally operated by Ironport, and was sold to [WWW] Return Path in 2005. It was later renamed to Sender Score Certified (SSC), following many improvements to the membership criteria.

Bug [WWW] #5977 mentions a lack of a clear complaint procedure available to the SpamAssassin community. This has now been resolved.
