Explanation
The sender's IP address was listed by the Sender Score Certified DNSBL white list, operated by Return Path.

The Bonded Sender Program (BSP) program was originally operated by Ironport, and was sold to Return Path in 2005. It was later renamed to Sender Score Certified (SSC), following many improvements to the membership criteria.
Bug #5977 mentions a lack of a clear complaint procedure available to the SpamAssassin community. This has now been resolved.
