Avoiding ctx switches when sending (or receiving in the case of inOrder) if possible.

blocking flavour of cSeq (this should be the default)

different storage managers for different services

get rid of maven 1, use maven2 only

Better eventing model? Event listeners to help audit trail?

High water mark for failure or timeout
