Tuscany is a new Apache incubator proposal that targets various levels of abstraction in the SOA development space, starting with some new specifications collectively called SCA. We expect to discuss the initial seed code, potential integration/co-operation with other Apache projects and other open source projects, etc – several of the people involved in the proposal and specifications will be present, and we welcome anyone interested in learning more.
