Regularly, people complain on the mailing lists, or start (sometimes troll-like) arguments saying that "XY is so much better than Cocoon" or bashing the team from the point of view of pure customers.

If you're considering such talk, please read this excellent response from Matthew to similar complaints. This is IMHO one of those messages which should be carved in stone somewhere.
