Only a few commits over the reporting period to update documentation of the XML Schema 1.1 tests.
A Xerces-J committer from long ago recently approached the PMC to have their committer status reinstated. It seems this does not require a new vote, but we are not sure of the next steps and would appreciate advice on what to do here. This particular individual was last active when the ASF was still using CVS and does not have an SVN account.
