Wiki Markup\[http://commons.apache.org/validator Commons Validator\] is an input validation component devised (originally) by _David Winterfeldt_ as an addon for the Struts framework. It's functionality has since been split so that validator can serve as the basis for a independant component and is now part of \[http://commons.apache.org/ Jakarta Commons\].unmigrated-wiki-markup

Initially this wiki will serve both \[http://struts.apache.org/ Struts\] validator and \[http://commons.apache.org/validator Commons Validator\] users.
