  • Don't ask to ask, be patient, and state your problem clearly and specifically. Don't speak in vague terms, say exactly what your problem is and what you're trying to do.
  • There aren't that many people on the channel, so please don't waste our time if you're not If you're using a front-end for SpamAssassin (such as Amavisd, MailScanner, or spamass-milter) instead of using the "spamassassin" script or "spamc" , ask on SpamAssaasintool directly, then try to reproduce the issue with just those apps first.
