Xerces-J

Four minor bug fixes were made to the XML Schema 1.1 implementation for JIRA issues that were reported by users.

There were a few students who expressed an interest in working on Xerces-J for GSoC though none were matched with a mentor this year.

Mailing list traffic has been low; roughly 55 posts on the j-dev and j-users lists since the beginning of March 2014.

No new releases this quarter. The latest release is Xerces-J 2.11.0 (November 30th, 2010).

Xerces-C

One minor bug was fixed, a few ones were opened but immediately resolved as non-bugs.
