Check our project name against Trademarks
One of the very important things that needs to be done by every Podling is to check the name against registered Trademarks. A good tool to look at Trademarks can be found at the website of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Make sure that the requested project name does not already exist and be sure that the name is not already trademarked for an existing software product.
