WinSpamC is 'a windows port of spamC for SpamAssassin'. Originally created by FredTarasevicius with help from Michael Bell. It's long outdated with no plans to improve or add new features. For historical purposes, you can find it here http://sourceforge.net/projects/winspamc/.
