This wiki has custom access control setup (see this). It is /not/ very secure. There are three groups:
- ConcomGroup – these guys by default have full access to everything
- ApacheMembersGroup – these guys by default have read-only access to everything
- ProducerGroup – these guys by default have read/write access to everything (but not "admin" or "delete")
These pages can be edited right in the wiki by anyone in ConcomGroup. They're just bulleted lists of user accounts. Anyone can create a new user account by clicking on "Login" in the top middle right of the wiki navigation bar. The file

controls this behaviour. In addition, some of the wiki pages have custom access set up using "#acl" lines at the top. The help page above details that functionality.
