Intro

To maximize flexibility and to avoid unnecessary overhead, ExtVal consists of several modules. Only the Core module is required in all cases, all other modules are optional, depending on your needs. Furthermore, ExtVal allows to implement Add-ons easily. There are already several add-ons available (see External Resources).

Config

The core of MyFaces ExtVal is required in any case.
To get it working it only needs to be added to the classpath, not additional configuration is required, unless you are not happy with the default settings of ExtVal.
