Proposal: Apache Hadoop HDFS as a TLP
I propose we graduate HDFS as a TLP named 'Apache Hadoop HDFS'.
I think the simplest way is to have all existing HDFS committers [1] be committers and then PMC be the intersection of current Hadoop PMC [2] and the committer list as follows:

I propose we graduate YARN as a TLP named 'Apache Hadoop YARN'.
I re-propose, based on the previous discussion [4] that the YARN committer list and initial PMC list be:

[2] - The current Hadoop PMC list is http://hadoop.apache.org/who.html
[3] - The minor mod here is to add llu@ & stack@ to hadoop-hdfs since llu@ has contributed a lot to Common i.e. metrics2, and stack@ is on the PMC since he oversees HDFS.
[4] - Includes everyone who has either 20+ patches or 10+ commits in YARN since project inception in March, 2011.
