Looks to be in Scarab. Are we migrating out of this? Does it need any work?
CVS change
Either:
- Migrate Turbine to SVN, then use svn move to migrate up and modify svn authorization.
- ssh onto cvs.apache.org; mv the cvs dir to a new repo level and modify cvs avail. (then later migrate)
jakarta.apache.org change
- Modify jakarta.apache.org, and java@apache page. 2. mv turbine/jcs up a directory 3. .htaccess redirect at the turbine level 4. remove links from turbine.

Rename turbine-jcs-user@jakarta.apache.org to jcs-user@jakarta.apache.org and turbine-jcs-dev@jakarta.apache.org to jcs-dev@jakarta.apache.org.
