ISSUES
Low community activity.

COMMUNITY
The community activity has continued to wane.  New contributors to the list are being encouraged to contribute more. The existing community needs to expand efforts to engage new individuals. 

COMMITTER/PMC CHANGES
02/17/15 - Stanton Sievers was added as a new committer & PMC member.

RELEASES
01/07/14 - 0.23 released.

ACTIVITY
The list activity saw an increase in traffic and the community has laid out a path forward.  Little progress has been made against it, but at this point, it would be prudent to see the year through and if there is no significant traction, re-evaluate the project's status.
