Tuscany is a new Apache incubator [http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/TuscanyProposal/ proposal] that targets various levels of abstraction in the SOA development space, starting with some new specifications collectively called SCA. We expect to discuss the initial seed code, potential integration/co-operation with other Apache projects and other open source projects, etc – several of the people involved in the proposal and specifications will be present, and we welcome anyone interested in learning more.
