I have tried Log4j on harmony+IBM VME, the result looks good.
Almost all the tests fail because it depends on the behavior of Throwable.printStackTrace(PrinterWriter), which has been discussed on http://www.mail-archive.com/harmony-dev@incubator.apache.org/msg16500.html.
Other fialures are caused by locale, which fail on RI also.
