Pluto 1.1.0-beta1 Release

This is the Pluto 1.1 Beta1 Release Plan. The release is planned for April 2006. Thanks to Zheng Zhong, the Pluto 1.1 build passes all Sun TCK tests, so now we should bundle up a release. There are no show-stopper bugs, but, hey, this is a beta release!

- Version numbers need to be changed in all pom.xml files, dist-build.xml, the pluto-portal-driver-config.xml in the pluto-portal module, expectedResults.properties in the portal-testsuite module, environment.properties in pluto-container module and InstallationDependancy.java in the maven-pluto-plugin module.
