We have modules (some with open tickets) which have seen no activity since graduation or longer.
Any that aren’t essential to the projects core mission of data interoperability, or don't have robust tests written already, I think we should discuss retiring and eventually deleting once we're able to remove them as dependencies and test-dependencies of the remaining modules.
Proposed list of modules to prioritize for deletion:

- streams-runtime-local
- streams-verbs
- streams-provider-rss
- streams-provider-sysomos
- streams-provider-moreover
Second tier of code that is of questionable value to the project, as it does not relate directly to data interoperability:
