The community should strive to continuously audit the data generated by providers when conversion to Activity Streams is activated, and reduce disparities in the normalized form.
As a few examples, any of which could be investigated and scoped in more detail:
- Are ID strings all compliant with the official spec and similarly delimited and ordered?
- Are the verbs and objectTypes as explicit as possible and consistent across modules?
- Are other core fields of activities and activity objects compliant with the official spec and populated with consistent values?
- Are non-core fields and Apache Streams specified extension fields used consistently and populated with consistent values?
