Phase 1, Feb 26 – Mar 15:

  • Approach expected speakers, finalize keynotes.
  • Find co-organizer/sponsor from University, Community, Company, Media and Goverment.

Phase 2, Mar 15 – Apr 15:

  • Call for paper deadline (Apr 15)
  • Activity related: location,logo design, souvenirs,T-shirt
  • Event promotion
  • Book hotel for VIPs
  • Form paper review committee

Phase 3, Apr 15 – May 30:

  • Review paper, send invitation
  • Wider event promotion
